Novotel Deira Creekside Dubai – Hotel near airport in Dubai

My stay at the hotel was excellent overall. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast offered great value for money. However, the presence of smoke in certain areas could be a downside for non-smokers. The location was perfect, right opposite the Deira Mall and very close to the metro station.

The hotel offers very nice room views and excellent check-in and check-out experiences. The rooms are large, well-appointed, but my stay was disrupted by cotton dust triggering allergies in my kid, so we had to leave the room. Special thanks to the helpful bellman Kurshed for his assistance with taxis and everything.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, despite being in a strategic location near a mall and the metro, were in need of refurbishment. However, the view of Burj Khalifa was a definite plus.

The hotel is superbly located, right across Deira City Center Mall, making it super convenient for shopping and close to the airport. The spacious rooms, although lacking in decor, are clean and adequately large. However, the dining experience, with cold breakfast, fell short of expectations. The staff, particularly the Sri Lankan bellboy, were cheerful and helpful, enhancing the overall stay.

The hotel room was not suitable for my family, triggering my child's allergies due to dust. The room was old and unappealing, not matching the rate paid. Soundproofing was insufficient. The bed size was not ideal for a family of four, and the sofa wasn't spacious enough for two kids.

The hotel rooms were very clean with a nice view and amazing bed, but not as fresh as expected. The staff, especially Ayyappan, was very helpful despite some unfriendliness experienced. The location was perfect for tourists, being opposite Deira City Centre Mall and close to the metro station. The dining experience was good, albeit standard, offering a buffet with proper precautions. The facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, making our group even closer during this trip. However, they could use some refreshing. The service, especially from the duty manager Emma, was very accommodating. The location was perfect, just opposite the city center mall, and close to the metro station. The dining experience was not the best, with limited varieties, but the corn flakes were a good choice.
